Unique-Runeword-Set Item Balance - Balance all unique items to be comparable to runewords.Add a new checkbox to make new character for 1.15 and beyond, similar to how there’s a button to make a character pre-LOD.Here’s some ideas for expanded content/balance patch while taking minimal effort from the D2R Dev Team:
